Refund Policy

  • Diva D London is committed to providing complete satisfaction to its customers. It strives to enhance the shopping experience of its customers while providing the best quality products and services. To ensure the same, Diva D London is always ready and willing to go the extra mile. In case you are unsatisfied with the product received from Diva D London, you may contact us with your complaints/feedback at sales@divadlondon.com we shall endeavour to reply at the earliest opportunity. Please note that for creating a desired fit, patternand look of a product, alterations may be required.
  • In case the customer does not have access to local alteration facilities, Diva D London can suggest the use of their recommended tailors, to minimize any chances of error. This is also applicable to the purchase of unstitched items.
  • All sale merchandise is classed as “Final Sale” and cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled.
  • All stitched items cannot be returned or cancelled and are considered “Final Sale”.
  • Jewellery and accessories cannot be returned or cancelled.

PRODUCT RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION / MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR WRONG ITEM.

  • On receipt of the product, if it is noticed that the outer packing of the product is damaged or tampered with, immediately verify the quality/quantity of the contents against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remarks on the proof of delivery. The customer should also lodge a proper complaint with the local office of the courier agency, so that Diva D London may peruse the same, to avoid such occurrences in the future.
  • In case the product is received in damaged condition or with manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact us at sales@divadlondon.com, within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
  • Kindly retain all packaging materials and product until receipt of instructions from Diva D London regarding the same.
  • All designer,stitched andcustomized products are not returnable / non-refundable.
  • In case of any other complaints, email us at info@divadlondon.com, within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Do notreturn any product, before receiving confirmation from Diva D London confirming return. In case any product is returned without such confirmation, Diva D London does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.
  • The email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the single order/package delivery. Please note that Diva D London shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, based on the customer’s emails.
    • If found that the product is defective, Diva D London will seek to amend the item(s) and send to you, with no extra charge.
    • If, upon examination of the return, it is found that the product is in good condition, the customer will bear the cost of postage.
    • All defective products being returned to Diva D London shall be done onlythrough registered courier, track and trace or hand delivered.
    • All shipping costs of returning the defective products or charges are to be borne by the customer entirely. Also, no refunds can be processed for shipping made to the customer.
    • Safe receipt of defective product by Diva D London is the sole responsibility of the customer.
    • While returning the defective product, kindly mark the package as ‘Defective Returns’.
    • In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error has occurred due to the customer, then Diva D London shall make the necessary modifications/alternations, at the cost of the customer. In the rare circumstances when original fabric is unavailable for purpose of such alterations/modifications, Diva D London may use plain or similar fabric of the same colour.
    • Customer may have to bear the cost of such replacement fabric in such rare cases.
